Kristen is an experienced educational and clinical leader with over 20 years of delivering behavioral, therapeutic, and educational services to children and families across Long Island and New York City. She has specialized in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual and developmental disabilities, utilizing evidence-based practices including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Currently serving as Executive Director at The Manhattan Behavioral Center, Kristen oversees the agency’s full operations, ensuring high-quality services, staff development, and organizational growth. Previously, she managed programs across commercial insurance, county, NYSED, and OPWDD funding, supervised teams of Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts, led managed care and educationally based service programs, and implemented best practices for staff training and development.
Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. John’s University, a Master’s in Education from American InterContinental University, and an Advanced Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. She is passionate about advancing access to high-quality services, mentoring professionals, and supporting individuals with developmental differences to reach their full potential.
